My 502 had inverted forks.
Sorry but I dont remember how much oil Cologne put in in total to "overfill" them.

Ask in Cologne. I had my forks redone and they overfilled them on purpose (500ml on each side???) and used a higher (stiffer) W-Grade.
After that I had a all new and better riding bike. Really recommend it

I heard of the first guys here in Germany getting one. Heard (which means I dont know !!!) something about 12.000€. Considering the taxes, shipping etc. that should be around 10.000US$. there are two different Pingels out there. The factory usually uses the one without the reserve position. I never understood why....
If you want reserve you have to buy a new one and change it.

I have "mesured" it by going up and down in front of a gas station. There were 1.3 Gallons left in my tank.

I am not the expert here but as far as I know a fuel injected engine runs hotter than a carburated one.

On my Chevy Tahoe the temp gauge is centered at 210 and it shows 210 normally.

I think they are just to protect the bulbs from fingerprints (Sweat !!!) when installing them. Sweat (acid !!!) is no good on halogen bulbs. Take them off once the the bulb is seated firmly in the socket.
