Re: Crank it up Rebel Boy

WM, I really admire your feelings on this issue. Without going too political (which I can do in a NY minute), you are 100% right with respect to all you said. Chevy motors are just too all American, apple pie to have the "Hecho En Mexico" sticker on them. Kind of funny how that shit works ...

Re: Drag Racing Buds

Ricky, I talk all this stuff about hotrods, racing, hp, WOT, track, etc but I am also like the majority...way into the attention and ewwws and ahhhs. I get a bit tired of the dumb questions from time to time but definitely enjoy and take pride in the attention! "Yes, it's a car motor and yes, i...

Re: Drag Racing Buds

Ricky, The problem with some of the tires is fit and application. I know when Gary put on the slick, he had to change the fender. His stock fender was contoured very close for a nice fit to the 240 tire and he ended up making a squared off, much larger fender that he'd change out when using the big ...

Jimbo, IT'S ABOUT FUCKING TIME AMIGO! :D Welcome and let me assure you, this is the place to be. REALLY good group here and so nice to have a board that's like the old Yahoo Free Speech Forum instead of the bull "sheet" that has to be cleverly done elsewhere. Picture posting is great and w...

Re: Welcome Dorothy from National Geographic

Hey, I'm not going to insult Dorothy by not asking. I'll bet she doesn't have any piercings or tattoos to show. We'll just settle for....

...never mind, we wouldn't want her to think this is a site where perverts or scumbag bikers hang.

Re: DAVID & V8Choppers

Elliot, Very well explained on the 520 Dart. No additional info on that needed. The next 3 engines are all over 600 hp and over 600 ft. pounds of torque. The challenge is to make that power in a short package that will fit in the chopper. They did it. Dart has some of the best talent around. Their ...

Rob, you dirty dog! Well, my movie will now get national attention...but no academy award. Ok, the least I can do is explain things...
