Re: What Looks Good Is Not Always Good - Fuses
Just curious Don , is there any place to carry any tools on your trike ? Hi Jack - I have some storage under my seat that can carry small items. I would guess about the same maybe a little more space as on my BH bike. It's not as deep but longer and wider ... This instance happened while I was movi...

What Looks Good Is Not Always Good - Fuses
Just thought I'd post this here and maybe down the road may help somebody out ... While on the road my heated liner just stopped, had worked fine for the first 400+ miles. I was in the mountains and it was nice and toasty ... then cold. I pulled into a parking lot to see if I could find a quick solu...

Re: Cruise control
Ronald - The trike I just picked up for Barry has a true cruise control system installed on it. It works very well for the short time I tried it, I rode mostly secondary roads where I could. Maybe Barry or the previous owner could give you more info on what unit it is? I was told Mountain and Stamfo...

Re: Tire Monitoring to your Smartphone fobobikesales.com
A very important question was asked here and never answered by Gator unless I missed it. If so I apologize If not then what is the manufactures answer to these on non-steel valve stems? Yes or No? I have a trike set coming and a set for Gwen's car here and need an answer before I proceed Yhank you ...

:what_he_said: Rich - I agree with John, that doesn"t look right to me either. Is the gap the same on both sides? I would 100% get advice from Stan ... Glad your coolant issue seems to have been from overfill and that is resolved. Ah that 327 is a nice engine, nice loppy cam ... sweet. How much...

Re: Antifreeze Leaking
Actually when I purchased the bike I did look at the level of antifreeze in radiator and couldn't gauge it so I did add some. It didn't take much at all till I was able to see it. I have rode the bike for about 2 months on and off between the weather. I will be in touch with Stan on Monday to see w...

Re: Tire Monitoring to your Smartphone fobobikesales.com
Well I wanted to follow up on the metal vs rubber stem like I said. I sent FOBO the question since I could not find it on their site ( I'm sureI saw it there before ). FOBO responded that it is fine to use on rubber stems but have to be careful centrifugal force doesn't create an issue ... that alon...

Re: Antifreeze Leaking
There is an issue with some v8Choppers where the wires get chaffed coming from the fan and blow the fan fuse allowing the radiator to over heat and antifreeze to spill out of overflow. I would check your fan fuse and if it is blown then check the wires. Just turn the key on ... is the fan running? ...

My guess would be you would need to replace some and maybe all. First decide what guages you want as far as brand/style and then speak with manf ... they will be the ones with your answers.

Tom - I believe an alarm on the trike would be the most effective method of protection. Get one that has a "paging" system ... it will send you a note when anything was/is being tampered with. You get the page and you go out with .357 or .40 ... VERY EFFECTIVE. If you go the route of a &qu...

V-man says yes. I would say so as well, but I am not the manufacturer and I currently have them installed on rubber stems in the back tires so.... ehhh.... depends if you want to risk breaking a valve stem. Guess I've been lucky this far. -Zach Gator is a distributor for FOBO ... When I researched ...
