Something tells me it's still going to still feel good in Daytona. Current temp here 14 with gusts to 65, 3' on the ground with some 5' drifts.

It usually begins to warm in this area around the 3rd week of February. It's pretty cool out today but I'm hoping this is the last cool snap of this season. Most years, I'm wearing only a short sleeve shirt by the last week of Feb and keeping a light jacket in my truck just in case.

Ricky's long range forecast for bike week (take it for what it's cost...absolutely nothing ): Mid to high 70's during the days dropping to low 60's and possibly high 50's at night with a chance of occasional scattered showers.

Of course, with this global warming I may be off by a week or two!!!
