Hey..we ARE the dark side..we don't run!!!!! Yes I am doing much better Still have spasms..but they too will get better with time. No major pains...in the neck! Sill have to be careful....only been 4 weeks. After D'burg...and a peice of the against the nerve..I have some healing to there as well......How are ya?
