*****NEWS FLASH!!!!!*****The Beast is in the Wind!

Post by Butterfly »

I got this information from a very good sorce!!!!!!

THE BEAST HAS LEFT THE TRAILER!!!!!

Today, Eagle, Kelan (our son) and I worked the Beast 's Break lights. It turned out to be that one of the pins in the "Tail light" plug had come loose. Got that fixed and off she went!

So how did the ride go? I'm assuming/hoping it was a successful check out ride? How much saddle time?

This is the trailer that Bear had in D'sburg. It has plywood on the inside walls.

Well, I think we all held our breath!!!!! She fired up and sounded real good! When Eagle left the driveway, Kelan and I began the discuss just what could go wrong now and what couldn't. We were just hoping that my cell didn't ring!!!!The first run out around the hood, Eagle noticed that when he came to a stop that the oil pressure dropped, so back to the garage.... we checked the oil level and it was LOW, we added what oil we had and it wasn't enough, so back to the auto store for more! The guy at the store didn't believe Eagle about the bike. We ended up adding 2.5 quarts of oil. We think when it fell over in the trailer that oil leaked out, we will watch it very close from now on! So back out he goes and again we hold our breath!!!!! Praying the cell doesn't ring! Eagles been gone now for about 45 mins and my cell rings, you can imagine the look on mine and Kelans face!!! False alarm!!!! Eagle just calling to say he stopped at the auto store to show the guy the bike, Okay I can breath!!!! He was out for about a total of 2 hours and all went well!!!!!! When he fired it up and left the driveway, the neighbors waved him on! It was almost like a parade!!! As far as we can tell at this time..all is GOOD!!!!! The big problem is fixed..now on to the "tinkering" stuff.... :D

The First picture is of Eagle warming the Bike up in the Trailer..

The second one is Eagle getting around the trailers. We had to set the trailer there to unload. We have a funky driveway.
