Last weekend a few buds got together in North Carolina and spent 3 days riding the Smokes of North Carolina, Virginia and Tennessee. We had one of the best times that I can remember. I thought I'd share a few pictures!

Riding with those boys is the best. Stan, Steve, Chris, Gary, Rick (nice teeth!), Ricky, and we even let Janice be one of the guys. The riding was incredibly good as always but the friendship piece is what it's really all about.

Ricky had a shit eating grin ear-to-ear riding the mountain twisties. Those Florida guys are used to straight, flat road. In spite of it, every time I looked in my mirror, they were right on my ass.

The V8's get lots of attention up here and it was really cool having seven choppers together. All look really good but Ricky's green ride is a real show stopper.

Got to figure a way to get some of the V8 guys to relocate to this part of the world. Can't get enough of this kind of riding and the associated fellowship. "Too much of a good thing is not enough", ha ha.

That sure looks like a great place to spend a week! It was also
very cool to see all the V-8 choppers together. And then the
big shit eating grin on Stans face is priceless.
