Gabi,

We love you! I am very sad for your loss.
I loved spending time with Andy while at
Pullman City/Harz.
Andy picked me up at the Cologne airport,
and transported me where I needed to go.
He is my brother, and I will NEVER forget him.

Sincerely,
Bill Van Sant

Hello all,

I heard the bad news and it is a huge loss for all of us. Seeing Andy playing on the bike really made us all happy and a great guy to have around. Although too far to meet often - I had the opportunity of meeting him in Pullman each year as well as spending a week together in Daytona. A really warm friend and I will miss him a lot.

I agree with Peter - I do hope they have bikes for him up there!

My thoughts to Gabi and his family.

Hugo

My thoughts and prayers go to his family. I never had the pleasure of meeting him but we exchanged emails a lot. Andy bought my last small block from me.

We are shocked and very sad that Andy has left us.
He was a big person. We had a lot of fun and enjoyment in BHC and in PC.

But only who will forget is dead who lives on in our hearts is only far.

Our condolences to Gabi and the family.

We will remember him.

Andy lived his dream.
And he helped forming the dream of many European Boss Hoss riders.

That makes him memorable!

We won't forget you Andy!

El, you sure would have liked Andy...he was a real good guy with a strong nature and tons of humor. I already miss him a lot. In a german TV report a couple years ago he was asked by a woman: "Do you really use all the horsepower?"...Andy smiled and said "Sure, I need EVERY single horsepower!" This sentence of him is known by every german Boss Hoss rider...that was so cool...Andy really used all the power...he was a legend at times he lived , and so he is now.

The value of a man's life is the sum of the true friends he leaves behind! It seems Andy was a good man to know. I wish I had met him.

Hello V8-Bikers,
unfortunately, this is the single picture where Andy with his new and old boss Hoss is to be seen. I am really proud of the fact that the picture has been taken so, I cannot require a more beautiful recollection of Andy.
It does sorrow around Andy to me so, I have seen him always as an idol.

The funeral of Andy was yesterday, and we escorted our best friend's last tour to the grave with more than twenty Boss Hoss bikes, even thought we had temperatures under 30 degrees fahrenheit. There were almost one hundred people present and gave Andy their last words...

Some Boss Hoss riders came from far away, one from the Netherlands and Magic Claudio from Switzerland came to say goodbye....if Andy has seen us from heaven yesterday, then he's proud now, I'm sure....

Here are some pics from the funeral...made by Claudio: Subject - "Andy's last ride"

Andy, I already missed you....yesterday...wish you would have been with us, buddy!!!
I will never, NEVER forget you..........................
