Back from Europe - and what an awesome trip!

Our trip was Amsterdam, Museums and Canal Cruise, Hannover, Pullman City, Heidelberg, Castle Liebenstein, Marksburg, Rhine Cruise, and a visit to Boss Hoss Germany's shop.

Saw lots of cool stuff and met lots of cool people and their bikes. Special thanks go to
Olaf for the arrangements and the hosting, Wolfgang Hagenberger for his incredible hospitality and generosity, Anna for making us feel welcome, Petra and Andy for taking care of us, Martin as chaperone and translator, Peter and Biene (great company and helping us get laundry done), Olaf, Ulli, KImi and Lennu The Nerd, the guys from Holland, Ernie from British Columbia, Hugo, James Dee (Owner of the Mexican Restaurant) and probably plenty of others my beer and bratwurst damaged brain cant remember, Thankyou all for making this trip great! We stayed in the Presidential suite and it was so cool to have our german, Finnish friends, swiss and swede and British Columbia guys all on our balcony enjoying the Wild West show together. That was special!

Saw lots of cool bikes and cool technology and will post the 12gigs of video and pics when I get a chances to recover from being gone 12 days.

Cheers

Aldo, the pics are great! I have seen a lot of bikes in your pics which I didn't saw during the rally.

It was so great to meet you and Laura again last week!

I am glad you made it back home in one piece. It was great meeting you again.
Your little bike found a great spot on the bar. :)
Sorry there was so little time to talk. Next time you come Germany you must take more time and we will go and see my homearea and do some local sightseeing.

Hey Peter...

Question about the Gietl or Dietl bikes switchable exhaust with a motor on the crashbars. Do you have a link to that product line somewhere? I'd like to see some details if you can find them!

Cheers

unfortunatly the info on his website is not very good: http://www.gietl-bikes.de/ He is obvously modifying the Italian made Doublefire exhaust system for the Boss. They are made for all regular bikes like Honda and Harley. The system you saw on my bike is a "B52" model for the Buell and about 4 years old. Not bad but far away from his latest creation you saw on Ede`s bike.
