Finned pan damage

Shane is there any truth to the rumor that you had ignored the factory warning sticker on the trans pan?

I have looked all over the pan, instructions, through the box, and internet ads I do not see any warning labels. I am also confident (ignore anything Ron says) that there have not been any fat chicks on my bike.
