FYI, Clarence Carter is still strokin, he about as big as a dried up toothpick but still makes the Beach Music clubs in N.C. and S.C. and is still a big draw. Sometimes he forgets his second set and just repeats the first one and no one cares. He sounds just like his records, wears a sequined white jump suit and his wife sits in a chair right in front of the stage, like she is really gonna catch him if he would fall; it would be a double death because she is a old and frail as is he.
