We pulled some of our old bikes down and took them for a ride.this is a 1947 francis barnett 125cc twin port sigle stick shift.it should have a girder front end,which I have but hav'nt done up for it yet.70 mile round trip 3 pubs this year good day had by all.

My bike came with a black solo seat when new. The original owner who was 14 when he bought it wanted a white dual seat. The Harley Davidson dealer who's business was in a wood barn blacksmith shop at the time flew down in an open cockpit airplane, landed on a dirt road and installed it. Guess they don't do that anymore.
