Are Prices Rising?

Is it just me or are the prices of the V8 Bikes steadily rising? I am talking used bikes not new ... I expect an increase in the price of new annually.
I am seeing bikes that are older than mine by 3 - 4 years selling for more than I paid less than a year ago. None of those bikes i have seen have saddlebags or even a front fairing.
I am seeing single speed and clutch bikes going for 5K more than 6 months ago!
I am not thinking of selling mine, but if I did ... I would profit nicely. The down side to that is I would have to pay more for another V8 bike OR go back to a Hardly
