I just found out a few minutes ago that Mike Turgeon ...AKA Gila on here lost his son February 2nd by what I can tell.

I don't know the exact details at all.

Please everyone send a Prayer his way for the family...can't imagine the hurt....

Thanks everyone ,,, Ryan passed away on Feb 01 (Worse birthday ever) ,,, I am back in Canada to bury him. Totally unexpected. Thanks again for your support.

Prayers for Mike and family

The loss of a child, no matter what the childs age, is the hardest thing to endure. There are no answers to the never ending question "why". From my own experience I can tell you this is something you will never fully recover from but each day you learn a little bit better how to handle it. We have to cling to the belief that they are in a better place and that some day we will be reunited. We have to some how be happier for them that they are in that better place than sad for ourselves. Not an easy task. My thoughts and prayers go out to your family. I send you strength. God bless you and keep you close to his heart.

I've walked in your shoes. It never heals but it does become less painful
