V8Chopper

Post by acrophil »

I was in Oklahoma last week so I went by to talk to Stan about the new trike. First time I met him - Great guy who made me comfortable with the whole process of picking stuff. Settled on the option list, I took most all of it! Went to the painters with Stan and discussed what I didn't like and then just told him to suprise me :o ! I've got a VIN # and the new motor has been delivered. The frame and body is at the painters today according to Stan :D .

Just like a kid before Christmas - Can hardly wait.

Phil,

I JUST missed you. I was there Sunday until Tuesday. Sorry I wasn't able to meet you. :(

Stan and crew are first rate for sure. Great shop, well organized, very dedicated crew.

I too went over to Mr. Mike Willy's to talk about paint. I'm sure you saw all the magazine covers and posters with his works of art on them. When it comes to flame themes, there's none better based on what I saw. Apparently, he's very well known for the same. I saw a nice '55 Chevy body there getting prepped and David Ward's new monster being readied.

Picking the "stuff" was easy for me. I told Stan if it's chrome, I want it. 8-)
