Yes the first green Busa is the turbo bike we saw in Smithers Customs. He said it has 460hp at the rear wheel on the dyno, but it is still spinning and can't get the full power to read. That is tying it down enough the tire is trying to come off of the rim.

I personally have no proof of the 460 rwhp, but the owner actually claimed he believes it is higher. He does own a performance shop that specializes in turbos and has a dyno. Also has proven all he needs to with his drag bike so he has no reason to exaggerate. Here are a couple articles about his other bikes.
