Hey Big John!
Great to have you here - even though you northern hemisphere guys talk funny. Like Geezer said the best way to get up to speed on what we are about here is to check chat out - usually gets going about 9pm central time, or catch up with our little group of rebel representatives at the various rallies around the place.
