Just in case you're ready to rub it in, remember paybacks when it's 99 degrees in Tallahassee this summer! 
When do you get there and where you staying? I'm pulling in Friday afternoon, 2/27. Looking forward to seeing you.

We'll get there sometime in the middle of the week...either Tuesday or Wednesday, not sure yet. We don't have a place reserved. We normally just pull in and find a place. Man I can't wait and looking forward to seeing you and all the guys also!

I'm not sure who if any is interested in the shuttle launch but I sure am. If there's any in Daytona who are watching the status and would be motoring south to see it, please let me know so I can hook up with you. I am trying to get there around 4:00p Friday. It's finally time to leave this bullshit Iowa weather and head for some
Florida sunshine. Deb and I are leaving in a few minutes and should
be in Atlanta Monday to pick up my new trike and then head for
Daytona. Staying until March 6th or so.
Really looking forward to some warm weather!!

Geezer, I will save my racing for Miami this May. From what I hear the cops
in Florida would like some Iowa tourist dollars. I promise to drink at least one

Hey Geez,
I drove by Daytona earlier heading to Ft. Myers. Weather was a bit better than the 18 degrees and blowing snow I left in although I'm panting like a Siberian Husky in this heat and humidity.
I'll have my drinking boots as long as there are girlie drinks there. You know, little swords and umbrellas haning off the glass. I'm a light weight compared to some of you hard cores and of course the Euro folks. I readily admit defeat in that arena. Twisting the throttle in Miami is another story.
Wish you were down here buddy...

Ie..shuttle launch is rescheled for March 12 time unknown at this moment..will keep you posted!

FINALLY...the shuttle ain't ready to launch but I sure am. T minus 1 day to Daytona for me
Got to test nitrous on the 520 DART last night before loading the trailer up. Quite a spooky experience

I'm at work in Lakeland right now slowly worming my way toward Daytona. After a lunch meeting this afternoon...I'M OUTTA HERE!
Got a call from Steve (Barr) last night. He's chompin' at the bit too and leaving Raleigh a day early. I'll help him offload around 10p tonight instead of tomorrow.
