The Details:
Tuesday – May 14
Most will arrive in Miami for the Tuesday night all the King Crab Legs you can eat dinner.
Cost per person is approximately $ 25.00 – $ 30.00 per person.
Host Hotel for this evening will be the Buffalo Run Hotel – Cost is approximately $ 70.00 per night
plus tax. Remember to book Tues,Fri and Sat nights to cover the entire rally. (Booking info listed Below)
Wednesday – May 15th
Have your fuel tanks full and your bags packed. We will be riding to Branson, Missouri for the
next two days. A V8-Chopper trailer and truck will be following the riders with your luggage
and any other items you may want to load. Remember since we will be riding in Missouri,
helmets are necessary. Departure will be around 10 am in the Buffalo Run Hotel parking lot.
Our destination for that evening is the ( Outback Roadhouse Motel – Restaurant and Bar all
located on the same property. It just don’t get any better. Check out their Website from the
below link. Look at their event schedule…….should we say more…….
Oh yea, Wed night is ladies night at the Outback Bar………………I think they are safe from 98%
of our group, but we do have several single riders……….who knows……..we may have a 1:00am wedding on the Outback Deck
Thursday – May 16th
This is a open day to take one of many scenic rides in the area. The Outback will have booklets
that out-line these rides with good places to stop for lunch. If you want to do something else
Branson is the entertainment capitol of the Midwest. It would take a book to tell all the entertainment,
Shows – Restaurants and shop till you drop. Plan on being back to the Outback Roadhouse by 4-5 pm.
Thursday night is “Bike-Night” at the Outback. Be prepared to show off your ride, and watch the expressions.
The Outback Motel has offered us two different packages that we may choose from when you call for reservations;
Package #1 – is the cost of the room for two night and include a food and beverage package for each individual.
Cost range for two nights if from $ 175.00 – $ 225.00 to include a $ 40.00 restaurant and $ 20.00 bar
certificate for each person. Details can be explained when you book your reservations.
Package # 2 – is the cost of the room that does not include the food and beverage package.
Cost is $ 139.00 for two nights ( 1 or 2 ) persons per room. Additional persons are $ 10.00 per room.
Tax is included in the above rates.
Friday – May 17th
Be prepared to leave the Outback for the ride back to the Miami area. Rumor is we may stop at the airport before
heading back to the Buffalo Run Hotel. Load your bags in the trailer and be ready to depart by 9 am. Friday night is
open to enjoy whatever restaurant and entertainment place of your choice in Miami.
Saturday – May 18
We will ride in the local area of Miami around the lake. After riding we will gather at the V8-Chopper facility for a
cook-out headed by two world re-nown chefs. Don’t give the cooks any trouble…….they may add special sauce .
