Boss Hoss V12 project

Post by KrautV8 »

Got this pic a while ago. It's a V12 off an Aston Martin. Can't wait to see the finished bike next summer (hopefully). Get the rest of the work done, Frank, we want to see and hear the british/american cooperation!!!

The "Boss-ton Martin" :)

Hello KrautV8,

I have seen the frame already in BHC in Cologne. The People have brought the frame to Andy Bertram. Andy has welded to them the frame.

That's quite a surface plate he has that ting setting on . Cast Iron no doubt . I've seen them used before Granite surface plates .

Hallo Frank,

Super!!!
Gruß Ulli

Someone always has to be an "A"hole, so it might as well be me. I have all the necessary qualifications. While certainly well done and I'd love to take it for a spin, it seems, to my eye, to be lumpy and ill proportioned. The tank position, the seat, the rear end are all fighting each other. Just reinforces the old adage, "Just because you can doesn't mean you should."
That brake rod extension seems a little hinkey too.
