big assed acid battery...

Post by AR »

i guess i'm still living in the late 90's but i liked the idea of my big old battery taking some of the load from under my 2001 seat pan. Always thought the battery was part of the support structure otherwise those 4 little 3/8 hex bolts are doing all the work aint they? Anyway, bastards have made the local federal 570FM substitute about 1/2 inch longer so it dont fit in between the frame any more. Took it back and ordered me a PC680. Thanks to wm for alleviating my fears that gel is a gay alternative, so naughties here i come.

nope..for 2 reasons. Dont need many CCA's in my climate, starts are easy, and i got the extra real estate already sold off to another project ;)

Understood on the 680. the choppers come with the 680 as there is no extra room for anything larger.
