My suggestion is to upgrade to EFI or take your bike to a pro whom is skilled and competent and can properly tune your Demon; the carb tune will be much cheaper alternative and will run and perform perfectly.

You could try and tune your Demon but it will always be a POS in my opinion. I don't like the Demon carb and their QC is about even with ZILCH.

When we built my 383 (over 500hp) we used a Pro Form carb and it was flawless. I would look at my build sheet but it went with the bike when I sold it. Just a quick look on their website I believe it was a 67200. It was feeding over 500 hp with no issues so it would work on your 502 without a problem.

100% agreed Don.
I think the factory had the Demons 2004/5 may be 2006 and everbody I know is not happy with them. The good old Quadrajets (Edelbrock Rochester) or a Holleys do a much easier and better job.
