Adapting a new style Boss Hoss gas tank to 2009 SS Bike

Hi All
I have ordered a new style Boss gas tank from Barry ,,, will adapt to my 2009 LS3 SS ,,, has anyone done this ,,, am I stupid to try ,,, I will have a proffessional shop do it ,,, was just seeing if anyone else had done it and had some tips to pass on ,,,

If I'm not mistaken,Mike,BH changed both bike & trike frames to the Super Sport configuration in 2010 or 2011.
My guess is the newer tank will work on your SS.

I hope so Clint ,,, I am commited ,,, and of course with knowledge and money we can do anything ,,, I just hope it's not to big a deal ,,, I am into this bike for big bucks ,,, oh well ,, she runs great now ,,,

Hope all is well with you and yours ,,, Been to long since I visited you guys ,,, I am scheduled for our annual company gathering in Vegas (Super Bowl) but again my work schedule could put up barriers ,,,
