I have a 2013 trike with 400 miles on it and I took it out for my first ride yesterday.Went to put gas in it and was heading down the road and gauges stopped working and check engine light came on.I went home and checked fuses everything seems fine.Anyone have any idea on what to check. Thanks Chris

I would have the code checked and cleared to see if that solves the problem then address what the code indicated.

Where would I go to get it checked? Nearest dealer 5 hrs away.

Any Chevy Dealer has an OBD reader. Actually any dealership with a service Department will have a compatible OBD Reader. Having an Older bike without the LS Engine, I cannot tell you where the OBD Port is. I am sure there is somebody that can OR simply call the factory and ask.
Before doing that, I would lift the tank and check the connections going to the gauges. Sounds like your connector plug is loose or you've lost a grounding connection.

Also, If you are in the states, pretty much any parts store will check and clear for free

I disconnected battery and reconnected it and they worked.Went for a ride shut it off and they didn't work, now it seems every other time I shut it off they work.Wierd I guess I'll have to bring it to Nappa and have them take a look.
