Was there a difference in the SB and BB frames? Or will a BB fit into a SB frame with a little convincing? Tossing around the idea...

There is about 2" difference in a BB and a SB frame.
It has been done back in the day by a fellow that makes
artificial limbs. He put a 454 BB in a SB frame. This
was back in the clutch days of BH. This was when
the top splice was like the bottom splice. Might be
easier now with the design of the top splice now
in use.

It won't fit without frame modifications. That is why when Boss Hoss quit the 502 after 2007 models they made bikes with the ZZ4 motor in BUT had the Bigblock 2" longer frame and guys bought the ZZ4 bike..took out the ZZ4 smallblock...and put in the Bigblock..I had a 2008 502 Bigblock bike and the factory never had any out the door. Marv made mine. He made 4 and I am sure there are others. I know of a 2010 in Canada with a Bigblock frame but still has the ZZ4 in it. Picture attached is my 2008 502 that is now in Mexico being loved!!

ALso...there are some radical kickass smallblocks out there to just "drop into" your bike that will beat a 502 Bigblock
