Many years ago, I had a problem and called the factory........

I have to say, they went overboard to take care of it. Shipped me a new
seat and shipped the old one (with holes) back to them. No charge........

Thanks for the heads up on this possible factory warranty and sure a lot of sweet folks here on this site. I was worried how I was going to find the coin to repair my seat this gives me some hope!
