Cheap Entry Level Bike

Know absolutely NOTHING about it other than the ad I read. Looking for a cheap bike to start out with for Softail money? here ya go ...

I see the clutch is depressed ,,, is this normal for this type of bile when engine isn't running (vacuum assist I take it) ,,, just saying ,,, I know very little about the mechanics ,,, I think it would be a cool bike to own.

From what I remember of my first demo on a 1995... you pull the clutch in when stopped and depress the foot thingy and lock it down...neutral almost...so the hand clutch stays in while parked...when ready to ride fire it up step on the foot thingy again and release the lock and then it is up to the hand clutch for the rest...someone chime in if I am off please.
