I have a friend / customer looking to ditch his 300 rear tire kit and go back to stock 230 tire on his 2008 SB SS

We are looking for a complete stock takeoff unit preferrably and / or individual pieces

Email itsradu@gmail.com Thanks

I will throw this out too.

We are willing to do a swap for someone who wants a wide tire kit...only costs us shipping to us and only costs you shipping to you...dang good deal both ways.

Only problem with that deal would be someone is sitting waiting for parts after their bike is disassembled...

Barry- What does the rim look like? Is it chrome or polish?

pretty sure it is chrome...300 kit still on bike.

I have 4 good options and it is up to my friend to decide which is best...more options are ok for sure..whatcha thinking Susan?

Bill's organ donor has bike has a 285 polished car tire rim I beleive it is called the peacock design, it matches the rotors and pulley but Bill wants/prefers the motorcycle tire and a 300 would be nice but what are the chances that your customer wants a car tire rim and his rim is aluminum peacock design?

I don't know the design of the 300 but could get him to take a picture. I know he does not want a 285 car tire...hmmmm...maybe I am assuming something I should not be...I will ask

Usually you need a flat / square fender when you run a car tire like that...is the new bike a round or flat fender?

Sounds like a good deal to me Mike...I will run it by the customer and see...should be straight forward swap other than the color of the fender.

My customer has decided to go with all new party from the factory except the rim...I had a chrome one here he took. His reasoning is that then we pretty much know when we start that everything should be good / nd fit good rather than getting used and wondering what fits what.

He will have a complete 300 wide tire kit for sale when done for an SS and it came off a 2008.

Thank for those who responded via here or PMs
